Jonalyn began her journey studying Agricultural Education but had to stop due to financial challenges, later working in domestic service, sales and property management. She has worked as a domestic helper abroad for 2 years, motivated by the promise of better income. Despite health struggles and the difficulty of balancing work with academic deadlines, her faith pushed her to continue, inspired by her mother and the stories of fellow scholars. Completing her degree represents resilience and she dreams of using it to build a business in the Philippines, pursue leadership roles, and inspire others.
