Randell shared that every insurance product is customizable, so his main goal was to dispel 3 beliefs that he found was common among the OFW community in Hong Kong:

• Belief #1: It won’t happen to me.
• Belief #2: Insurance is too expensive.
• Belief #3: I don’t need insurance if I’m healthy.

All scholars participated actively and asked how they can protect themselves when learning about the different insurance vehicles they encounter.
