Beth discussed the importance of eating a balanced diet especially since it affects women’s hormones. She dispelled several myths that the ladies believed, involving the consumption of white bread, intermittent fasting, and the role of exercise to a woman’s body and hormones. The scholars took away important information and demonstrated gratitude to Beth and her knowledge sharing.
