CFO Awards Emilio Baja with Special Citation – Youth Advocate Award

Full Phils is deeply grateful to the Commission on Filipinos Overseas for awarding Full Phils’ founder, Emilio Baja, the Special Citation – Youth Advocate Award. There were 95 entries across 17 countries. The nominees were screened and assessed by a distinguished panel of individuals and organizations, including the Chairperson of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas and the Vice-Chair of the Philippine Migrants Rights Watch. This national award, given on December 11, 2025, recognizes the collective efforts of Emilio and the entire Full Phils team in expanding access to online college education for OFWs in Hong Kong.
